This policy explains what information Buy1Plot collects, why it is used and the choices available to website visitors, property owners and dealers.

Information we collect

When you create an account or post a listing, we may collect your name, username, phone number, email address, account role, listing details, property coordinates and uploaded images. We also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, session cookies and pages visited.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, display listings, connect buyers with listing contacts, prevent abuse, answer support requests, maintain security and understand site performance. Public listing information—including seller-provided contact details—may be visible to anyone using the site and to search engines.

Analytics and cookies

Buy1Plot uses essential session cookies for login and may use Google Analytics to measure traffic and site usage. Analytics providers may process device and usage information under their own policies. You can restrict non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data may be handled by hosting, email, database and analytics providers needed to run the service, or disclosed when required by law. Listings are removed from active inventory after the platform’s listing period, but records may be retained for security, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may update account details from your profile and manage or delete eligible listings from your dashboard. To request access, correction or deletion of other personal data, email info@buy1plot.pk. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Buy1Plot is not intended for children under 18.
