By accessing Buy1Plot or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Marketplace role

Buy1Plot is a property discovery and advertising platform. It is not the seller, buyer, estate agent, valuer, legal adviser, escrow provider or relevant housing authority in a transaction unless expressly stated in writing.

Listings and accounts

Users must provide accurate, lawful and current information and may only advertise property they are authorised to represent. Listings must not be misleading, duplicated, discriminatory, fraudulent or infringe another person’s rights. Buy1Plot may review, limit, deactivate or remove accounts and listings that violate these terms or create risk for users.

Buyer due diligence

Prices, descriptions, coordinates, images and availability are supplied by listing users and are not guaranteed by Buy1Plot. Before making any payment, independently verify identity, ownership, title, allotment or transfer documents, possession, planning approvals, development charges, society dues and transfer eligibility with the relevant authority and qualified advisers.

Maps and location data

Map pins, society tiles and downloadable maps are provided for general reference and may contain errors, omissions or outdated boundaries. They are not cadastral surveys or legal proof of a plot’s location.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service at scale, bypass access controls, upload malware, probe security, impersonate others, harvest personal information, interfere with the site or use listings for spam. Automated access requires prior written permission.

Intellectual property

The Buy1Plot name, site design and original platform content are protected by applicable law. Listing users retain rights in content they submit and grant Buy1Plot a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format and promote that content to operate the service.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Buy1Plot is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate listings, user conduct, property transactions, unavailable services or reliance on maps and third-party information.
