Why the map comes first

A society name and plot size do not tell the whole story. Street position, access, nearby development and the surrounding block can materially change how a property works for a buyer. Buy1Plot puts location beside the listing so people can make a better shortlist before calling a dealer or owner.

What Buy1Plot does—and does not do

Buy1Plot provides discovery tools and seller-supplied listing information. It does not replace title verification, a physical inspection, valuation, legal advice or confirmation from DHA, Bahria Town or another relevant authority. Buyers should independently verify ownership, possession, approvals, dues and transfer eligibility before making any payment.
